The production process makes use of qualified personnel, specialized cutting-edge machinery and technologies:

 

• The injection molding department consists of a line of n. 22 horizontal presses with power between 350 and 2500 kN, all equipped with automations for the automatic unloading of the pieces. The reduction of dead times determines a high increase in productivity guaranteeing the maximum precision of the produced article; we also provide an excellent metal-plastic or plastic-plastic co-moulding service or metal inserts inserted after moulding.
• The ultrasonic welding department allows the union of several elements made of plastic material. The process is carried out with welding machines.
  A dedicated software allows the maintenance of the set quality standards
• The assembly department it is activated at the request of the customer and is indispensable for preparing the technical products for direct use in the chains or production lines. All this is possible thanks to the control tests carried out by Ossiplast Srl documented to the customer with the "free pass" certificates
• The mold maintenance department it is equipped with traditional machine tools for placing and arranging moulds
• The warehouse for the storage of the products it covers an area of approx. 700. Covered 1700 sq m. Discovered 4000 sq m usable for new structures 2500 sq m goods storage yard
• With a staff of 15 employees we operate on two shifts 12 hours a day for five days a week
