The reduction of dead times determines a high increase in productivity guaranteeing the maximum precision of the produced article; we also provide an excellent metal-plastic or plastic-plastic co-moulding service or metal inserts inserted after moulding.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>ultrasonic welding department <\/strong>allows the union of several elements made of plastic material. The process is carried out with welding machines.<br \/>\nA dedicated software allows the maintenance of the set quality standards<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>assembly department <\/strong>it is activated at the request of the customer and is indispensable for preparing the technical products for direct use in the chains or production lines. All this is possible thanks to the control tests carried out by Ossiplast Srl documented to the customer with the &quot;free pass&quot; certificates<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>mold maintenance department <\/strong>it is equipped with traditional machine tools for placing and arranging moulds<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>warehouse<\/strong> for the storage of the products it covers an area of approx. 700. Covered 1700 sq m. Discovered 4000 sq m usable for new structures 2500 sq m goods storage yard<\/li>\n<li>With a staff of <strong>15<\/strong> <strong>employees <\/strong>we operate on <strong>two shifts 12 hours a day
